Map: The Elven Enclaves (Olhuiriar)

 The Enclaves are an alliance of elven city-states, rebuilt on the peninsula of Olhuiriar after the Sylvan Dominion was destroyed during the Orc Wrath. The alliance is comprised of two primary groups, the lowland elven cities, and the mountain enclaves. While the mountain elves retreated into isolationism after the fall of their empire, the lower cities trade vibrantly with Periandor and the Harpwrinter Union. With the orc-held Orthraine wood blocking any northern land-routes, the enclaves have become home to skilled mariners, and are the only true maritime power on Thindul.
