Map: Naihurin Etarl

 

Eastern Naihurin Etarl broke into a loose coalition of city-states after its empire was smashed by the Orcwrath. A handful of the region's central cities were saved from annihilation by a nameless entity, which offered them protection in return for eternal subjugation. Over time, this entity extended its influence from the old capital at Orismaeon Jostariarl, eventually encompassing the entire elven homeland within its domain. While in name the cities remain an alliance, in effect they have all sworn fealty to whatever dwells at the heart of Orismaeon Jostariarl.
